My name is Sophie, and I’m a dedicated fitness and health coach based in beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand.
For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women just like you in transforming their health, fitness and lifestyle choices leading them to a life of longevity.
As a coach, I specialise in helping women build strength, navigate weight loss, and manage the unique challenges that come with menopause. I understand how overwhelming this journey can be, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
My own journey into fitness began when I became a group fitness instructor for Les Mills. With a lifelong passion for health and wellness, I took the leap and became a BodyPump instructor. The joy of inspiring others to move their bodies has led me to follow my passion into fitness coaching. To deepen my knowledge and skills, I pursued a personal training certification, which has equipped me to support you more effectively.
My mission is to empower women to transform their lives through personalised exercise programs, nutrition guidance, and the cultivation of a positive mindset.
